How Do I Use SleeperStik?

***NOTE: The foam chin rest can be cleaned with a damp cloth or disinfectant wipe.
1. Does SleeperStik keep my head from moving side to side?
We get this one A LOT. In all of our testing we have found that, when used properly, your head stays comfortably against the head rest and will not move, remaining in equilibrium while you rest.
2. What about turbulence?
SleeperStik's chin cushion and plastic lap rest work much like a suspension on a vehicle, providing proper support to keep your head up but giving enough to respond properly to unexpected forces like turbulence.
1. How long does shipping usually take?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail within the continental United States, after purchase expect to receive your SleeperSTIK within 5 days
2. What is your return policy?
If your product arrives damaged we'll be happy to replace the product. If you decide you want to return an unused SleeperSTIK within in 30 days of purchase we'll be happy to issue a refund. If you damage the product through misuse, we're happy to sell you another!
3. Can I return a gift sent to me by another purchaser?
Yes, if you are unhappy with your gift let us know we'll issue a refund and get you a return shipping label.
4. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive the unused product we will notify you and immediately issue the refund.

We accept all payment methods allowed through Paypal, Google Pay, and ApplePay.
2. Will you charge sales tax on my purchase?
Sales tax will be calculated at check out.
3. Do you accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?
